Michael Moore: 'Sean Hannity was right'
by Mark Silva
Michael Moore, the left-leaning filmmaker, lost a bet to Sean Hannity, the right-leaning television news commentator:
"I said that... George W. Bush, he will either have to resign or he'll be impeached,'' Moore recalled of that wager made in 2002, when Moore last appeared on Hannity's radio show.
The deal was that, if Hannity lost, he would have to wear an "I Love Hillary'' button.
If Moore lost, he would have to hold up a sign reading, "Sean Hannity was right,'' in front of the White House.
So last night, on FOX News Channel's Hannity, Moore, maker of the new film about "capitalism, a love story,'' was seen holding that sign in front of a picture of the White House. It was only a set, Moore noted, but it was hard enough carrying that sign into the studio.
All in a day's film-promotion.
